How do I get my nonprofit staff using AI safely?
Start with what stays out of AI: donor records, beneficiary details and anything a grant agreement protects. Write a one-page policy that names your approved tools and says a person reviews every output before it goes out. Then give staff a short, hands-on session on real tasks, in the tool you already use or one that fits your policy. AI Engines runs that session as the 3-hour Focused Short Course, in person across North and Central Indiana or live online.

Do we need an AI policy before we train staff?
Yes. The AI Governance Jump Start is a short course that helps teams put guardrails around AI use: 2 hours, up to 8 people, in person or online, and teams leave with a draft to review with their own counsel.

Which AI tools do you use?
The one your team already uses, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini. No tool yet? We help you choose one that fits your work and your rules. Every format leaves each person with a small AI helper for a task they repeat, and the 3-hour short course can focus on any one tool.
Can people from a partner org join our training?
Yes. Your group can include partners, up to 20 people. Price is set by group size.
What does it cost?
Price depends on your group size, the format, and travel. See your price in about a minute. That covers the day, materials, and a small AI helper each person takes home. Lunch is an optional add-on. Want something shorter? The 3-hour short course runs onsite or live online.
