Two ways to support your people
Start with upskilling: train the people you already employ to use AI safely in the work they do today, on the tool your organization uses or one we help you choose. When roles do change, add career transition support to a severance or outplacement package. AI Engines offers both, in person across North and Central Indiana or live online. HR sees only who took part, and we don't promise job placement.
Upskill before you downsize
Roles are changing faster than job titles. Train your current team to use AI well in the work they already do, and keep the people who know your business.
- Start with Foundations, or go further with tools, agents, and workflow builds.
- One-on-one, a 3-hour short course, or a full day, for groups of 2 to 20.
- Onsite at your location, or live online.
Career transition support
Add AI career training to a severance or outplacement package. Each person gets 4 hours to build skills and tools for their search:
- AI basics, done safely: what goes in, what stays out, and how to check every answer.
- A job-search assistant built in the AI tool they use or one we help them choose.
- A resume engine that tailors their resume to each job posting.
- A mock interview coach, set up and practiced with.
Private coaching for each person. Or, for 4 or more, a group course plus a private hour with each person.
How career transition support works
- Invoiced when people enroll. Each person has 60 days to start and 90 days to use their hours. Unused spots can move to another person, but are not refunded.
- HR sees only who took part. Each person's job search, resume, and practice stay private.
- We teach skills and build tools with each person. We don't promise job placement.
- Group courses run onsite or live online. Private coaching runs online, or in person near Marion.
Some employers fund training through WorkOne or Indiana DWD programs. Check with them about eligibility.

Career transition support is an option a former employer can add to severance or outplacement. Start with your local WorkOne office. Free or low-cost options, when someone qualifies, come from other organizations such as WorkOne. AI Engines training is customized and paid.

- No. We start where you are. Some people have never opened an AI tool. Others use one every day and want it working for their search.
- Can this be part of a severance package?
- Yes. Employers can enroll each departing employee, or bring a group together for a course plus private time with each person.
- Which AI tools do you use?
- The ones you are likely to use at your next job, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini. We help you pick.
- Will AI write things that are not true about me?
- Not on our watch. Every resume line stays true to you. We never let AI invent experience, and we show you how to catch it if it tries.
