AI literacy from zero. How the model works at a working-knowledge level. Framing prompts. Naming the regulatory floor before we touch tools. By lunch, everyone has the shape of their Artifact on paper.

Afternoon: build, test, ship
Everyone builds a working Claude Artifact they can use Monday morning. Live coaching from Mike and Jim. Capstone share-out and feedback round before we close the day.
