The day

  1. 9:00 - 12:00

Morning: first principles to first Artifact

AI literacy from zero. How the model works at a working-knowledge level. Framing prompts. Naming the regulatory floor before we touch tools. By lunch, everyone has the shape of their Artifact on paper.

  2. 12:00 - 1:00

    Lunch

Food included, with allergy and diet preferences captured at booking. Informal conversation, no deck.

  3. 1:00 - 4:00

    Afternoon: build, test, ship

Everyone builds a working Claude Artifact they can use Monday morning. Live coaching from Mike and Jim. Capstone share-out and feedback round before we close the day.
