AI literacy from zero. How the model works at a working-knowledge level. Framing prompts. Naming the regulatory floor before we touch tools. By lunch, everyone has the shape of their AI tool on paper.

Afternoon: build, test, use

Everyone sets up a small AI helper for a task they repeat, ready to use right away. Live coaching as you build. Capstone share-out and feedback round before we close the day.
