AI upskilling for the team you already have.

AI upskilling means training the people you already employ to use AI safely in the work they do today. AI Engines runs hands-on upskilling for teams in Marion, Grant County and across North and Central Indiana, in person or live online. Each person leaves with a small AI helper for a task they repeat, and no AI experience is needed. We use your organization's tool, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini, or help you choose one.

AI training for employees: what it should cover

Workforce AI training for Indiana employers

The same hands-on approach works for corporate teams, school staffs and small offices alike. Mike Jones leads every session. James Weaver joins as co-trainer for groups of 13 or more. Training is tool-neutral, so your team learns the tool it will actually use. In person across North and Central Indiana, and online anywhere.

Formats

One-on-one, the 3-hour short course, or the full day, for groups of 2 to 20. Onsite at your location or live online.

Upskilling vs reskilling

Upskilling builds new skills for the job someone already has; reskilling prepares someone for a different role. We recommend upskilling the team you have first. When roles do change, see AI reskilling employers can add when roles change.

Can a state grant help?

Some employers fund training through WorkOne or Indiana DWD programs. Check with them about eligibility.

AI upskilling: questions

How do I train my employees to use AI safely?
Start by naming the rules that already apply to your work, such as customer data or HIPAA, then train hands-on with the tool your team has or one we help you choose. Each person should leave with one small AI helper built around a real task and a habit of checking every answer.
