When the off-the-shelf format does not fit.

Custom is for the engagements that need shaping. A solo learner with a specific workflow. A leader who needs paced, private coaching. AI coaching in Indiana and online

Coaching runs in person across North and Central Indiana, from our Marion home base, or live online from anywhere. You learn on your own goals. Brand new to AI? That's the normal starting point. We use the tool you already have, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini, or help you choose one.

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to a small AI helper.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery call

    A free 15- or 45-minute AI Readiness Call. You describe the work, the team, and the goal. We name what AI can credibly help with, and what it cannot. No commitment.

  2. Step 2

    Your plan

    A short written plan: outcomes, session count, and schedule. You see the price first. You review, ask questions, and approve or adjust before we start.

  3. Step 3

    Working sessions

    Live sessions in person or online, on your calendar. Sized to your engagement. Each session ends with a concrete piece of work moved forward, not just notes.

  4. Step 4

    Small AI helper

    By the end of the engagement, you have a small AI helper for a task you repeat, built in the tool you already use or one we help you choose. You leave knowing how it works because you helped build it.
