Cancellation & Refund Policy

These terms are offered by AI Engines, LLC.

We hold dates, plan around your people, and sometimes bring a second trainer or order lunch. These terms keep that fair for both of us. Questions or changes go to mike@aiengines.work, and we reply within one business day.

Private group training

Short courses, full-day workshops, and custom programs for your team.

• Holding your date: a 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due on the training day.
• Rescheduling: free once, with 14 or more days' notice, to a date within six months. Your deposit moves with you.
• Cancelling 30 or more days before: we refund your deposit in full.
• Cancelling 8 to 29 days before: we keep the deposit.
• Cancelling 7 days or less before, or not showing up: the full fee is due.
• Headcount: your final headcount is due 7 days before the training. Until then, you can change it, and the price follows our published rates. After that, we bill for the final headcount or the number who attend, whichever is higher.
• Lunch: we place the lunch order 3 business days before. After that, lunch can't be refunded.
• Travel: we only charge travel when we travel.

One-on-one coaching

• Rescheduling or cancelling: free with 24 hours' notice for online sessions, or 48 hours for in-person sessions.
• Late changes and missed sessions: inside that window, the session is charged in full. Life happens, so we waive this once for a real emergency.

Weather and emergencies

Indiana weather happens. If severe weather, a closure, or an emergency on either side stops a training, we reschedule at no charge.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel, you choose: a full refund, or a new date.

Open seminars and public workshops

When we run an event that sells individual seats, these terms apply to each seat:

• 7 or more days before the event: 75% refund. Email mike@aiengines.work with your name and the event date. The 25% we keep covers payment processing and holding your seat.
• Fewer than 7 days before the event: refunds aren't available, but we'll help you transfer your seat to someone else or to a later event within 12 months.

Your agreement

Your written agreement or invoice may set different terms. If it does, those terms govern your booking.
