Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information AI Engines collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Contact form. Name, email, organization (optional), vertical, message. We use this only to reply to you and, with your consent, to follow up about relevant services.
• Workshop bookings. Arranged directly with us through the contact form. We collect the details needed to confirm your booking and deliver the day: participant names, email addresses, and, if you add lunch, dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Price estimates. Our price calculator works without collecting anything. If you choose to send yourself an estimate, we collect your name, email, phone, company (optional), and your answers in the calculator, and email them to you and to us. We use this only to follow up on your estimate. If you enter a city for travel pricing, that city and state go to Mapbox and the U.S. Census Bureau's map service to measure the drive. Your street address is never asked for.
• Find your starting point. Our training questions at /readiness/start run in your browser and collect nothing on their own. If you choose to send your plan, we collect your name, email, phone, company (optional), your answers, and your plan, and email them to you and to us. We use this only to plan your training.
• Event updates. If you ask to hear about events at /events, we collect your name, email, and, if you add them, your city, interests, and suggestions, and email them to us. We use this only to tell you about AI Engines events. Reply anytime to be removed.
• Career transition support. If your employer pays for your training, we tell them only whether you took part. Your job search, resume, and practice stay between you and us.
• Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites.
• Music page. When you like a song, listen for 30 seconds or more, or post a comment, we store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) so each listener counts once and spam can be limited. Comments include the name you enter and are published only after we review them.
• Song downloads. Stripe processes payment; we never see or store your card details. We keep a record of which song was bought so your download link keeps working, and use the email you give Stripe to send you that link.
• Spam protection. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates the request (not the person) to block automated abuse.

How we use it

To answer you, deliver the workshops and services you book, and keep the site functioning. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

Email mike@aiengines.work to access, correct, export, or delete information we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy materially, we'll post the new "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers.
