Same spine, different shapes. Everyone leaves with a small AI helper for one task they repeat. Brand new to AI? That's the normal starting point. We train on the tool you already use, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini, or help you choose one that fits your work and your rules. Pick the one that fits where your team is, or see your price in the calculator.
AI Foundations Workshop
From first principles to your first small AI helper, in one day.
A seven-hour, in-person day that takes beginners from AI first principles to setting up their own small AI helper for a task they repeat. Three hours of morning instruction, one hour of lunch, three hours of afternoon build time. Class size capped at 20 so every person leaves with a project they understand.
Audience: K-12 faculty, higher ed faculty, small and mid-sized business owners, church and nonprofit leaders.
Focused Short Course
Three hours on one AI tool, onsite or live online.
A hands-on course built around one tool: the one your team already has, like Gemini in a school Google account, or one we help you choose. Safety first, then quick wins, reusable helpers, and answers from your own documents. Your team leaves with tools they set up themselves.
Audience: School staffs, church and nonprofit teams, and small businesses, whether you already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 or are still choosing a tool.
One-on-One Coaching
Your schedule. Your pace. In person or online.
Personalized AI training built around your availability, role, and workflows. Sessions run in person or online and are built around what you need. First session is 3 hours, or 2 if you already know the basics. Then 2-hour blocks. For adults 18 and older.
Audience: Individuals, business owners, executives, or anyone who wants focused attention outside a group setting.
Upskilling and Career Transition
AI skills for your current team, and for people between jobs.
For HR teams, train current staff for roles AI is changing, or add career transition support to a severance package. Each person gets 4 hours to build a job search tool, a resume engine, and mock interview practice. HR sees only who took part.
Audience: HR teams, employers going through layoffs, and people between jobs.
AI Governance Jump Start Training
A short course that helps teams put guardrails around AI use.
From zero governance to a customizable framework in one session.
A hands-on training session that walks your team through the fundamentals of AI governance and teaches you to use a free tool that generates a starting policy framework matched to your regulatory environment. You leave with a draft you can modify to fit your organization and hand to your cybersecurity and legal counsel for review and ratification. We teach the process; your counsel makes it official.
Audience: 2 hours · In person or online · Up to 8 people. Typically for leadership teams at school districts, higher ed programs, regulated SMBs, nonprofits serving vulnerable populations.
HUMAN-HEART Custom Workshop for Education
A custom engagement for academic departments, faculty development offices, and school districts using HUMAN-HEART to design AI-resilient courses.
A guided engagement built specifically for educators using the HUMAN-HEART AI Resilience Framework, Michael's published ISD model for academic integrity in an AI-saturated classroom. We map your courses and assignments through governance, the five HUMAN modes, and the five HEART design steps to produce learning experiences that protect learning outcomes, academic integrity, and the disciplinary judgment that matters. Engagements are scoped and quoted case by case after a conversation about your context.
Audience: Academic departments, faculty development offices, instructional design teams, school district PD coordinators, and curriculum leads.
AI Music Creation 1:1
Your story, your song, built with AI tools.
A two-hour, one-on-one session that takes a song from idea to finished track. We start with human-first ideation grounded in your lived experience, plan the lyrics and the sound, then produce the track with AI music tools. You leave with a finished song and the process to make the next one on your own. Hear songs made this way.
Audience: Anyone with a story to turn into a song. Parents, grandparents, worship leaders, content creators, gift givers. No musical background required.
